A US based client needed to kickstart a marketing & growth agency business for SMB/HVAC companies. It needed to clearly define its brand identity, value proposition & pathway to growth & sustainability. From working with the client on brand name & identity crafting to online presence (Web & Digital Marketing) setup, including prospect engagements, the LinkOrion team provided extensive business development support for Orbit & Echo.
The Challenge
This project was mainly still in the concept & ideation stage.
No brand identity existed as yet, so there was no existing brand or profile documentation. The target market for the client business cut across the formal & informal sectors, so the brand positioning & messaging needed a well developed strategy. No existing data to guide Business Intelligence efforts towards marketing & product strategy.
